1.Tubesheet face shall be perpendicular to the axisline,tolerance of perpendicularity shall be 0.25mm.
2.Tube hole shall be perpendicular to tube sheet face tolerance of perpendicularity shall be 0.10mm.
3.Not less than 96% of ligament width shall be more than 5.73mm,allowable min,ligament width shall be 3.45mm.The acceptable quantity shall be not exceeded 4%.
4.Sharp corners shall be chamfered.
